If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to open a dispute through Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of February 15, 2016 for EU consumers it is also possible to notify complaints through the ODR platform by the European Commission . This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . When you complaints are not disputed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint using the EU platform.
